Biography

Sara T. Workeneh, BC-DMT, MA, ADTR, NCC is a registered dance movement therapist and counselor who has been in practice in the Washington/Baltimore area since 1989. She has worked in clinical settings with special populations dealing with Chronic Psychiatric issues; Substance Abuse/Addictions; Trauma related sexual abuse and iscest issues; Forensic issues and Multicultural Adjustment issues and couples counseling. Sara Currently works at The Center for Eating Disorders at Sheppard Pratt Health System in Baltimore. In addition Sara has been, and continues to  present workshops at local and national confrences including the National Dance Therapy Association and the Friends Conference on Religion and Psychology.
