2010 Doris Humphrey Summer Intensive
MOMENTA and the Doris Humphrey Society are sponsoring a technique and repertory workshop focusing on Doris Humphrey. The workshop will be directed by Gail Corbin and will teach along with special guest teacher, Deborah Carr.
The workshop will be from August 2 through 2, 2010 at the Academy of Movement and Music in Oak Park.
Doris Humphrey's "Two Ecstatic Themes" at Case Western Reserve University
Jody Herman, a Case Western Reserve University student, will perform Doris Humphrey's "Two Ecstatic Themes." The "Spring Works" concert will take place at the Mather Dance Center and run from Thursday, March 25, through Saturday, March 27 at 8 p.m., and on Sunday, March 28 at 2:30 p.m.
Tickets are $10 for the general public, $7 for seniors, and $5 for students.
