Biography

I grew up in Rochester, NY and received my bachelors degree from SUNY Geneseo in 2003.  I decided to go somewhere even colder than western NY for my Ph.D. and went out to Madison, WI.  In 2008 I received my Ph.D. in organic chemistry working under the guidance of Stephen Nelsen.  I currently live in Lutherville with my wife Kim, two kids Zach and Madelyn, and two dogs Daisy and Stella.  We love doing as much as possible outside including gardening, playing soccer, and hiking.  When I find time I enjoy brewing my own beer.
