Attendance and Registration
Each mat class will contain at least 5 and no more than 15 students; registration is required. To prevent injuries, the center does not allow students to take class if they arrive five (5) or more minutes after instruction has begun, although they may observe the class.
All clients are required to wear socks on their feet. Otherwise, we suggest that you wear workout clothing in which you can move freely and comfortably. If you choose to wear shorts, please wear long ones.
Weather-related delays and cancellations are linked to those of the Baltimore County Public Schools. When schools close due to bad weather, all mat classes will be canceled. When schools post a two-hour delay, the 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. mat class will be canceled, but any mat class scheduled to begin at or after 10:00 a.m. will meet. When schools post a one-hour delay, the 8 a.m. mat class will be cancelled. If in doubt, please call 410-337-6469 ext.7. (If you are scheduled to take a private class, call your instructor at 410-337- 6531). Our 24 hour cancellation policy will still be in effect.
Missed mat classes can be made up on a first-come, first-served basis—you need not call. Make-ups must be completed by the end of the session and must be classes at your level or lower. Makeups are not transferable.
Instructors will determine each student's fitness level and whether he or she is ready to progress. All new students should register for a Level 1 mat class.

Anyone who wants to take a private apparatus class must make an appointment before registering; please call 410-337-6469.
A client who cancels a private apparatus class must give at least 24 hours notice; otherwise, he or she will be charged for the class. Neither credits nor refunds are given for missed classes.
