Tower classes are based on the matwork, but add springs to challenge and strengthen. Clients often find that the apparatus work given in tower classes allow them to go deeper into their Powerhouses to gain more strength and stretch. Springs can give resistance or support to change the emphasis of an exercise. Try our tower class session and see how it makes a difference in your regular mat workout!

Prerequisites for Tower Class:  Students must have previously completed a Level 2 mat class session before registering for a Beginner Tower class; a Level 3 mat class must have been completed before registering for an Intermediate Tower class and a Level 4 mat class must be completed before registering for an Advanced Tower class.
