Registration & Payments

STEP 1 - MAY 27, 2011 DEADLINE

*THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE HAS NOW BEEN EXTENDED TO JUNE 10, 2011*

• Complete the online registration form 
• Submit the non-refundable deposit of $150.00 (part of the online registration form). We will credit this deposit toward your tuition payment.

STEP 2 - JUNE 10, 2011 DEADLINE

• Complete the mandatory forms - Download Forms
• Sign the program waiver - Download Waiver
• Mail the mandatory forms and waiver to:

STEP 3 - JUNE 10, 2011 DEADLINE 

• Submit final balance 

Upon registration you will receive a receipt number. You will need this number to submit any online tuition balance payments, so please keep a record of your registration receipt.  You may return to the website at any time before June 10th to pay your tuition balance.
