Enhancements have been made to the college's faculty/staff directories:

Alphabetical Faculty/Staff Telephone Listing
This listing is now available in CampusWEB:

  • Select Faculty/Staff Listings from the CampusWEB menu
  • Select listing type of Alphabetical
  • Click Submit

The listing has been changed to retrieve information from the college's Human Resources information system. Since this listing is available in CampusWEB, the Word document in the public folders will no longer be available or required.

Department Telephone Listing
This listing is now available in CampusWEB:

  • Select Faculty/Staff Listings from the CampusWEB menu
  • Select listing type of Departmental
  • Click Submit

The listing has been changed to retrieve information from the college's Human Resources information system. Since this listing is available in CampusWEB, the Word document in the public folders will no longer be available or required.

Goucher Website Faculty/Staff Directory (http://www.goucher.edu/directory/)
This is the public directory that is visible to people who visit the Goucher website. This directory has been changed to retrieve information from the college's Human Resource information system.

CampusWeb Faculty/Staff Directory
This directory within CampusWEB has been enhanced to show the employee's spouse/partner, permanent address, and permanent phone number. The display of this information is based on whether the employee would like this information to be released. This information is only displayed to the campus community when they log into CampusWEB. This information has always been a part of the college's alphabetical faculty/staff telephone listing.

Display of Spouse/Partner, Permanent Address, and Permanent Phone Number
To display or hide this information in CampusWEB:

  • Select My Permissions from the CampusWEB menu
  • Check the boxes for the information you want included in the faculty/staff directory and listings or uncheck the boxes for information that you would like to exclude
  • Click Submit

This information is only displayed in CampusWEB and is never displayed in the public directory.

You can also specify office hours or a personal web page. This information is displayed in CampusWEB and the public directory.

Changes to Directory Information
If the information that is displayed in a directory needs to be changed, please contact Paige Pape (mailto:ppape@goucher.edu) so the change can be made to the Human Resource information system.
