Interested in issues of sustainable development?  "Global-Local Challenges to Sustainability: The Costa Rican Experience" is open to all majors, and offers students a wealth of opportunities to analyze the challenges of sustainability and to search for solutions within the specific context of Costa Rica and Monteverde.  Please visit the program web site for more information.  Although the Early Bird Application deadline has passed, there is still room to apply to the program in Fall 2009.

Policy Regarding Physicals for Study Abroad Programs
Goucher College requires that all students attending Goucher-sponsored study abroad programs undergo a physical examination conducted by their primary health care provider and submit a Goucher College health form completed by the provider to the Office of International Studies.
