Early bird application: Spring 2010 in Costa Rica

Interested in issues of sustainable development?  "Global-Local Challenges to Sustainability: The Costa Rican Experience" is open to all majors, and offers students a wealth of opportunities to analyze the challenges of sustainability and to search for solutions within the specific context of Costa Rica and Monteverde.  Please visit the program web site for more information.  Although the Early Bird Application deadline has passed, there is still room to apply to the program in Fall 2009.

If you are planning to study abroad, get your passport ASAP!

Due to recent policy changes regarding U.S. passports, new applicants are waiting longer for their passports.  If you do not yet have a passport and plan to study abroad, please apply for a passport as soon as possible.

Policy Regarding Physicals for Study Abroad Programs
Goucher College requires that all students attending Goucher-sponsored study abroad programs undergo a physical examination conducted by their primary health care provider and submit a Goucher College health form completed by the provider to the Office of International Studies.
