H1N1 Vaccine Update

November 13, 2009 |

Goucher College has received another limited shipment of the H1N1 vaccine, which will be administered to students at a regular vaccination clinic.

A walk-in vaccination clinic will be held at Goucher’s Student Health Center on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m.  No appointment is necessary.  Vaccinations for both the H1N1 flu and the seasonal flu will be available.

Any student with a valid Goucher ID and a second form of ID to verify age may be vaccinated.  Students with underlying conditions such as asthma, lung disease, diabetes, blood disorders, neurological or neuromuscular disorders, or a compromised immune system are strongly encouraged to get the H1N1 vaccine.

We hope to receive another shipment of the H1N1 vaccine in the coming weeks.

If you are not available during the times of the flu clinic, contact the Student Health Center at 410-337-6050 to make an appointment to be vaccinated.  For more information about the H1N1 flu, visit www.goucher.edu/H1N1.
