Loan Periods

Books, scores, CDs:
Students: 28 days; renewable.
Full-time Faculty/Staff: 180 days; renewable.
Part-time Faculty/Staff: one term; renewable.
Alumae/i/BALC or MICUA: 28 days; one renewal.
Community borrower: 28 days; one renewal.

Film Collection:
Students/Faculty/Staff: 5 days; not renewable.

General Reserves:
In-library use:   2 or 4 hours.
Out-of-library use:  1 or 3 or 5 days.

Above reserve loan periods are dictated by faculty in conjunction with Access Services staff.

Graduate Programs in Education Reserves:
Students/faculty: at discretion of GPE.
