Enrollment and Housing Deposits for Continuing Students

All full-time students returning for the academic year 2012-2013 must submit a non-refundable $500 enrollment deposit to the Billing Office. All students expecting to participate in room draw must also submit a $100 non-refundable housing deposit. Students are not invoiced for the deposits, the enrollment letter serves as your notification. The Fall 2012 Deposit information will be mailed/emailed in early March following the President's letter which will include the 2012 - 2013 Schedule of Tuition and fees.

Billing account balances must be paid in full and deposits are due by April 1, 2012. Fall deposits can now be paid online at www.goucher.edu/webpay.  If you prefer to mail a check, please make payable to Goucher College and mail to: Goucher College, Student Billing 1021 Dulaney Valley Road, Baltimore, MD  21204. Please write the student's name and Goucher ID number on the check.  Do not mail deposits to the P.O. Box for it will delay the processing of your deposit(s). If you have a credit on the student account and would like to apply it to the deposits, please email billing@goucher.edu.  In the subject line enter "Non Refundable 2012/2013 Deposit". Please include your student's name and Goucher ID, and if you would like the credit applied to the enrollment and/or housing deposit(s).
